I am an artist, art teacher, art historian, and museum educator. I believe art is essential to every child's education. It is often unquantifiable, but is fundamental to education, and has life-long and lasting benefits. Art is the product of a universal, human, creative impulse; technology is another tool to create and explore the material world. I am interested in learning how to use technology more effectively in my lower school art room and to develop new ways of making art for young children with these 21st-century tools.
