This session will provide teachers and administrators the fundamentals of leadership that will develop them as education leaders in the classroom and throughout their school districts. It will focus on:
The core skills of a leader
Building relationships, communicating effectively, solving problems and leading projects
The fundamentals of leading teams and classrooms
The qualities of education leaders, the principles of education leadership, the roles of an education leader: teacher, mentor, coach, evaluator and role model
