About Beverly Knox-Pipes
Assistant Superintendent, Genesee Intermediate School District, Flint, MI

Beverly has been the Assistant Superintendent for the Genesee Intermediate School District for 15 years and is a Pioneer in Distance Learning at the K-12 level having received numerous awards both nationally and statewide for her work. She most recently received the Outstanding Leadership in Distance Learning Award from the United States Distance Learning Association. Beverly has a passion for serving students and has done this through her extensive work in telecommunications and distance learning, both through interactive video and online delivery. She is a leader and an innovator often invited to speak at state and national conferences.
